God is sovereign—He is the beginning and the end. He sees all, knows all, and understands exactly what trials will soften our hearts and draw us to seek His face. He knows what He’s doing, and because of His sovereignty, He owes us no explanation. He is God.
“He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)
God is so loving that He gives us free will. For those who choose Him, He promises everlasting life and offers mercy, grace, and unconditional love.
As we come to know Him more, why would we desire any other kind of god?
